We are proposing upcoming 11th graders and 12th graders a cutting-edge leadership conference to participate in this summer.


We are recruiting a team of students with leadership ambition.


World Student Conference at the at Les Roches International School of Hospitality Management

Where: Switzerland, Bluche

When: 3-9 July 2016

What will you do:

At the conference, students will come together to discuss the theme “Global Citizenship: Exploring Individual and Collective Responsibilities.”

Students will have the opportunity to meet other IB students from around the world, explore and discuss topics centred around global responsibility & citizenship and engage in debates around sustainability and social responsibilities. The objective is for students to be able to act thereafter for the world.

Costs: This event costs 950 dollars (program, board, lodging). You can apply for a grant to get support from the school on a social basis (if your parents don’t earn enough to pay this for you).

Accommodation: All students will be housed in gender-specific dormitories which provide these facilities and amenities:

  • Double-occupancy sleeping rooms
  • Bed, desk, dresser, and closet for each guest
  • Semi-private bathroom (connecting 2 double rooms)
  • Laundry room (laundry cards for purchase)
  • Communal room
  • Linens (pillow, blanket, sheets, and towels)
  • Toilet paper
  • Complimentary wireless internet service
  • 24-hour campus security
